We provide a complete service – from the provision of technical drawings through to manufacture, installation and after sales support - whether your project is a traditional restoration project, one involving Listed Buildings or Conservation Areas, or a new build.
Our previous work includes prestigious heritage projects across the UK and in the USA, including well known buildings such as Bonhams in London, Norwich City Hall and the Eldorado Building in Manhattan. We take pride in our reputation for premium products, excellent craftsmanship and industry expertise and we are delighted that so many of our customers return to us time and again because they know they cannot get a better window anywhere else.
We specialise in manufacturing new steel windows which look similar to original or existing heritage metal windows. Our hot rolled steel windows and doors are produced from 98% recycled steel source material and meet the latest performance requirements for insulation, weatherproofing and security. We also manufacture cold formed, thermally broken steel profile systems by Jansen. All of our windows are crafted to your bespoke design in our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 approved factory. With Clement Windows you can expect technologically advanced, yet low maintenance steel windows, which will last for many years.
Clement also supplies a selection of conservation rooflights, available from stock in either a tile or a slate profile. If a standard size does not meet your requirements, bespoke options are also available.

PRODUCTS
Steel Windows:
Clement steel windows are often specified as the preferred fenestration solution for buildings that are important, valuable or of high conservation value. We work in partnership with architects, conservation officers, main contractors and other building professionals to help produce specifications that are visually stunning and offer high technical performance while respecting and enhancing important heritage and conservation objectives.
Arrangements for Listed Buildings or those in Conservation Areas can replicate existing steel fenestration, while improving thermal performance and security. Specifications for new build projects make the most of steel´s strength to produce slender frames with elegant sight lines which are incomparable to other supposedly similar materials such as aluminium. Steel also enables us to produce highly secure window systems which feature multi point locking and where appropriate we can offer windows that achieve the BS 7950 security standard.
Steel Doors:
Clement manufacture a beautiful selection of internal steel doors available in various styles and colours. They include multi point locking or a traditional mortice lock which can be matched to the windows in the building or used as a unique stand alone feature.
Conservation Rooflights:
Clement Conservation Rooflights are modern replicas of Victorian originals and so versatile they can be used in any type of property. They are particularly suitable for Listed Buildings or heritage products and are regularly recommended by Architects and Conservation Officers.
We offer eight standard sizes with either a tile or slate profile to match the specific roof type ensuring a flush finish but our rooflights can also be tailored to bespoke requirements.
Glass Doors:
Clement Internal Glass Doors allow light to flood into a workspace area. Available a part of our internal product range or screens and partitions, our doors are widely specified in both commercial and domestic projects.
Steel Screens:
Internal metal and glass screens and doors will draw light into a partitioned space, flooding dark offices and boardrooms with natural daylight, while the acoustic features of the glass will mean that private meetings and discussions can still take place.
Steel Partitions:
The current trend for the industrial aesthetic shows no sign of diminishing and an internal metal screen is the perfect architectural feature to create the feel of a room within a room, a space that is simultaneously private yet part of the wider area. The strong steel sections can be engineered to any design, while the slim sections that are only possible with steel mean that the maximum possible area of glass is provided, allowing maximum solar gain and creating the illusion of extra space.

Art Deco building in Malta fitted with new Clement steel windows
Haslemere-based Clement Windows Group has manufactured over 100 new steel-framed windows for The Brewhouse in Malta.
The Brewhouse, formerly Farsons Brewery, is one of the finest examples of a reinforced concrete Art Deco building on the island of Malta. Founded and designed by Lewis V Farrugia and William Binnie, the building is an icon of the industrialisation of post-war Malta. Opened in June 1950, today it is Grade II listed.
The site of The Brewhouse and Trident Park has recently undergone an €86 million redevelopment with the area boldly reimagined by world-renowned, London-based ritchie*studio. Covering over 7,000 sq m of industrial space, the renovated brewery offers a unique mix of office, retail, food and beverage, retail, visitor experience and events spaces arranged over seven floors.
It was vital in a building of such historic and architectural significance that the new windows replicated the look of the originals, but also that they met stringent requirements for thermal efficiency, as the building was designed to strict environmental codes. The new steel windows from the Clement EB24 range met the brief. Painted RAL 9016 (Traffic White), with genuine T bars and multi point locking, the windows are manufactured from hot rolled steel window profiles which are produced from 98% recycled steel source material.
The Brewhouse and Trident Park is one of the most important regeneration projects in Maltese history and its inauguration ceremony was attended by over 400 people including the Prime Minister of Malta, Robert Abela.
Ian Ritchie, Director of ritchie*studio, commented:
“Clement Windows provided the perfect steel window profile and workmanship solution to help restore this beautiful and iconic Maltese industrial Art Deco building.”
